1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 c choppen onion 1/2 c chopped celery 2 tbsp flour 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce 1 can mushrooms 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp oregano 1/8 tsp pepper 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas 1 pkg refrigerator biscuits 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef, onion, celery in skillet; drain fat, stir in flour, sauce and seasonings - add peas and simmer 5 minutes. Pour into shallow 9 x 11 baking dish. Top with bisquits and cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
