3 eggs
1 c. cream
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
8 strips bacon, cooked
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 T. butter
prepared pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cream. Add onion. Crumble bacon into pie shell. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over bacon.
Pour egg mixture over cheese. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes on a cookie sheet.
