1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro,
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
chopped
1 4-ounce can green chiles
4 ounces pepper jack cheese
1 tablespoon cumin
4 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but the cheese. Make 8 thin patties. Place one ounce of cheese, grated or sliced, in between two patties and press. Grill and serve. Great topped with tomatoes, avocados, or some tomatillo salsa.
