1 medium onion
1 tablespoon cumin
1 red bell pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 pound ground beef
1 can pizza dough
Salt and Pepper
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
2 15-ounce cans of black beans,
1 1/2 cups pepper jack cheese
partially drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan saute onions, peppers, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add beef; season to taste with salt and pepper. When beef is browned, add beans and seasonings. Allow mixture to simmer for 5 minutes. Add water if mixture becomes to thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Roll out pizza dough onto cookie sheet. Spoon mixture onto dough (you will have extra). Top with cheese and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and dough has reached desired crunchiness.

Top with your favorite taco toppings. We like shredded lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes.
