1 pound stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 medium red potatoes
1 can of water
1/2 pound baby carrots
1 cup frozen peas
1 packet onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a large casserole dish add stew meat, potatoes, then carrots. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Combine mushroom soup and water in a separate bowl and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350º for 3 hours. Remove from oven and add peas and corn. Stir well. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

This can be baked at three different temperatures.
350º for 3 hours
325º for 4 hours
300º for 5 hours
