1 lb. ground lamb
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. minced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 slices white bread, crumbled

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together as a meat loaf. Shapes into serving size rolls. Sear in olive oil in frying pan on all sides. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
