2 1/4 cups flour
2 eggs - beaten
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/4 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl, then combine with the dry ingredients. Use a wire whisk to mix batter.
