1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
4-5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon salt
or (3/4 cup cocoa and 1/4 cup oil)
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whip oil, sugar, and eggs in a mixer then add all ingredients except the powdered sugar. Chill dough in the freezer or refrigerator until firm. Form dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
