2 qts. water 8 chicken bouillon cubes 4 cups potatoes 3 cups onions 1 cup of heavy cream or half & half salt & pepper to taste
Cook potatoes and onions in chicken broth and then throw everything into a blender. Put back into the soup pot and add cream. Then heat before serving. If you so desire, you can top with chives, bacon or shredded cheese.
