3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. honey
1 T. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 T. fresh lemon juice
3/4 t. ground ginger
3 large Granny Smith apples, chopped
3 large Red Delicious apples, chopped
1 large Golden Delicious apples, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. red grapes, halved
1/2 c. currants
1 1/4 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Stir in nuts just before serving.
