5 Vidalia onions
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsley chop onions and simmer in melted butter until onions become clear. Crush crackeres and set aside. Layer 1/2 onions on bottom of 13x9 pan followed by 1/2 crackers and 1/2 cheese. Layer rest of onions, cracker and cheese. Bake at 350º about 25 minutes until brown around the edges.
