2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1 c. sugar
3 boxes dream whip
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 angel food cake
1 lemon, juiced
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 4 tbsp. ice water. Add 1 cup hot water and set aside. Combine sugar, dash of salt, pineapple, and lemon juice. Add to cooled gelatin and let partially congel. Fold in 2 boxes dream whip (whipped according to directions on pkg.) Rub brown off Angel food cake and break into bite sized pieces. Line mixing bowl with wax paper and layer alternately the gelatin mixute and cake pieces-being sure to start and stop with gelatin. Chill overnight and turn onto plate and top with pkg. of dream whip.
