1 - 12oz. package of macaroni (or any small pasta)
1 - 16 or 32 oz. carton of cottage cheese
4 cups of shredded cheese (Cheddar, Jack, etc.)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 - 26 oz. can or bottle of red spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain. Cook beef - spice with salt, pepper and/or garlic salt to taste. Add Sauce. In 9x13 casserole dish, layer as follows:
Noodles, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Meat
- Repeat - making two layers.

Top with any remaining shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 min.

Serve!
