6 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast dissolved in 2 c. warm water
6 T. sugar
3 T. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Add sugar, shortening & egg to yeast mixture. Stir into flour mixture and knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Use for cinnamon rolls or yeast rolls.
