1 bag of spinach
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsn of flour
1 tbsn of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp of vegeta
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Turn off the burner and place the spinach leaves into the hot water for about 2 minutes. Meanwhile melt the butter in a pan and chop up the clove of garlic. Saute the garlic for about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse the spinach. Chop it up before adding to the garlic. Add flour, vegeta and milk - stir mixture until it has started to thicken (about 5 minutes). Add egg and thoroughly mix with the spinach for another 5 minutes. Serve.
