Shrimp (cleaned & deveined)
Tony's Creole seasoning
flour
saltine cracker crumbs
eggs
milk
wesson oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place cleaned shrimp (patted dry with paper towel)
into flour/seasoned with Tony's Creole Seasoning
Shake excess flour off
Place in bowl w/egg and milk...put egg in bowl and pour enough milk to make egg(s) float
Drain over bowl until stops dripping w/egg mixture
place in bowl of cracker crumbs (rolled very fine)

Place immediately into deep fat fryer - 375
Fry until toasty brown...drain on paper towel and sprinkle w/more Tony's

Longest time is setting everything up and cleaning shrimp...after that it takes just a few minutes.

These are so good but do all the steps to insure they will be like Aunt Ruby's.
