Cube Steak
Salt & Pepper
1 - 2 eggs (depending on amount of steak)
milk (place eggs in bowl first and add enough milk to make the eggs float to the top)
flour
crisco shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & Pepper meat - then flour lightly
Dip in egg/milk mixture and hold over bowl to drain excess - when stops dripping (or almost stops)
place back in flour and cover completely
Dip immediately into iron skillet that has been preheated with oil -about 1 1/2"of oil...Test to make sure it is hot enough ...(if a drop of water sizzles...it is ready!)
Fry until light brown - not dark as it will be tough!
