2 tubes breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean is best - lowest in fat)
*I usually purchase one HOT and one MILD
1 onion (chopped)
Cook and drain fat:
Add:
2 cans chicken broth
5 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
2 bay leaves
1 pint heavy cream
Cook 10 minutes then Add:
1 1/2 tablespoons Balsimic vinegar (do not use any other type vinegar)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (do not use imitation)

Serve this with french bread and watch how fast this soup goes! It is a great recipe.
