1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions (I use a generous amount of dried minced onion). Drain the grease. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over meat and onions in frying pan. Simmer as long as you have time.
