4 to 5 large potatoes
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
1 3oz package of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbl chopped chives
3/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbl butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and garlic until tender, drain. Mash until smooth. (Do not add any milk or butter to potatoes) Stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, chives, onion salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 1 -1/2 qt baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika if desired. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through. You can cover the top with grated cheese and broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted, if you like after the potatoes are heated.
