2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Butter
5 Eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Package Chocolate Chips
1 Cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar and butter together, and add the eggs one at a time mixing well each time. Add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to the creamed sugar/egg mixture.

Add chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoon full onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.

When Michael was about 2 he started baking these cookies with his Grandma Shirley. He know the recipe so well, that he would go to the file box and pull out the card, set it on the counter and get out all the ingredients. Then he would go to his grandma and shake his head, telling her "well grandma we just may as well get it over with, and bake the cookies"
