1/2 cup olive oil
Few shakes of balsamic vinegar
Couple shakes soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 big tbsp. sugar
2 tsps. plum jelly or jam
2 tsp. white wine
salt & freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Shake all ingredients to blend. Pour over a salad of mixed greens, preferably romaine or spring mix, chopped plums, if available, chopped dates, sugared almonds or walnuts and bacon bits. You can also add slices of brie or crumbled goat cheese.
