3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375. In a large bowl, beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to butter mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the oats and the butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
