A can or two of chicken broth; a cooked chicken; onions or leeks; garlic; celery with leaves; carrots; spinach leaves; and whatever else you have in the fridge that is dark green and leafy!

Saute the onions or leeks and garlic. Add the chopped celery (chop up the leaves too!). Add the broth and bring it to a boil. Then, add cut carrots, spinach leaves, and the de-boned chicken. Pepper it to taste. If you would like to make it a meal, then cook egg noodles, and pour the soup over the egg noodles.
