Salad:
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 Head shredded Cabbage
4 Green onions, tops and all (chopped)
1/4 Cup chopped green pepper
1 Cup Sliced Celery
1 Can Water Chestnuts sliced thin
1 Pkg Ramen Noodles-chicken flavor (reserve seasoning pkg for dressing)
2 Cups cooked chicken

Dressing:
2 Tbls Sugar
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbps Vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
(Seasoning pkg from noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Toast sesame seeds and almonds on a cooking sheet in a 350 oven.

Mix salad ingredients, add dressing just before serving.

It is good to double this recipe!
