1 can shoe peg corn-drained
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 TBS flour
1 egg
4 TBS veg. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in frying pan and turn on medium high heat.
Mix other ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into hot oil in frying
pay. Turn over once while cooking. Mash fritters down with spatula while
cooking. Cook until golden brown on each side. Add more oil to pan and
reduce heat while cooking so fritters do no burn.
