Pizza dough (or 2 pkgs. crescent roll dough or frozen puff pastry thawed)
2 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 pkg. of bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the dough of your choice on a 9 X 13" cookie sheet, with sides and building up the sides of the dough to hold the egg in. Bake the crust for about 8 min. and remove from the oven. Sprinkle the hash browns over the crust, then the sausage and slowly drizzle the egg mixture over the entire pizza. Top with shredded cheddar and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min or until the cheese is melted and the egg set.
