3 dozen ears of sweet corn, cooked and cut from the cob
2 heads of cabbage, coarsely shredded
12 medium onions (sliced)
6 green peppers (sliced thin)
2 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Qt. vinegar
2 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the corn, cabbage, onions, peppers, celery seed and mustard seed and cook in water until tender. Drain. Add vinegar, sugar and salt to taste and bring to a boil. Put into clean hot pint jars. Put hot lids on top and can.
