1 pound frozen meatballs
20 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained, reserve 1/2 cup syrup
1/2 cup pineapple syrup
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 large green pepper , cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine meatballs, pineapple juice water and vinegar. Bring to boiling. Cover; simmer 15 minutes, separating frozen meatballs as they cook. Add green pepper; simmer 5 minutes more. Blend cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce; Add to meatball mixture. Cook and stir until clear and thickened. Stir in pineapple. Serve over rice.
