2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 1/2 cups salad croutons, crushed
16 ounces can salmon, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients except margarine. Firmly shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties. In large skillet, melt margarine. Saute patties over low heat until browned.
