1 package dry yeast
2 cups warm water
4 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup sugar
6 cups flour, divided
1 tablespoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add first 2 tablespoons butter and let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter, eggs, sugar and 2 cups flour to yeast mixture. Set aside for about 1 hour or until foamy. Add remaining 4 cups flour and salt; mix well. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Three hours before baking time, remove from refrigerator and shape as desired. Place on greased pan, cover and let rise until double, about 3 hours.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown.
