1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. pineapple juice
2 lg. eggs beaten
t tbsp. lemon juice
1 16-oz. pkg. Acini De Peppe pasta
3 small can mandarin oranges
1 16-oz. carton Cool Whip Lite, thawed
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 20-oz. cans crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice and
eggs. Cook until thick. Cook pasta separately. Drain, rinse and
cool. Add pudding mixture to pasta. Place in airtight container
and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add crushed
pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and Cool Whip
and mix all together.
