1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 T. cinnamon
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 T. milk
1/2 t. vanilla

Beat together first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. In a greased 9 x 13 " pan, layer twice; then swirl with knife. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until done. Mix frosting ingredients together & drizzle over warm cake.
