2 c. diced potatoes
3/4 c. minced onions
1/2 c. diced celery
1 t. salt
2 1/2 c. boiling water
4 T. flour
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk
1 T. parsley
1 c. canned tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, celery, salt & water .
Cover & simmer until tender.
In another pan make a roux with melted butter & flour.
Add potato mixture, seasonings & milk.
Stir until thickened.
Add tomatoes & more salt to taste.
