1 medium sized chicken
Potatoes
2 large lemons
1 cup oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the chicken and wash it very well; salt and pepper it, then place it in a roasting tin. Peel and wash potatoes, spread them around the chicken in the roasting tin and mix them with lemon juice. Add oil and 2 cups of water. Roast in oven for approx. 1 hour, making sure it is turned so it roasts evenly.
