Ingredients:  
2 cans chunk Ham or 2 cups of fresh ham chopped very fine
1/2 cup Mayo
1 - 8oz softened cream cheese
1 small onion minced
1 tsp parsley
black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Wonderful spread for crackers of any kind.
