2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mandarin oranges ( or fresh orange slices )
1/2 cup broken walnuts
1/8 teas. curry powder
1 teas. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo , curry powder & lemon juice.
Pour over salad.
Chill until ready to serve.
