1 lb Burger
1 lb Sausage
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1 medium finely diced onion
3/4 cup oat meal (7 grain oat meal is the best)
2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
1 beaten egg
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp celery seed (not salt)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
mix the above ingredients except for 1/2 of the can of tomato sauce. Mix until well blended, and place in a oven proof bowl or pan. Cover the top of the meat loaf with the rest of the tomato sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through.

This is a great meat loaf. When Michael John comes home, he almost always asks for at least one dinner of Meat loaf and Harvard Beets.
