1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Place butter in a 9x13 pan. Place in oven for 3-5 minutes or until butter melts. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until combined. Add flour, milk, and salt. Beat until mixture is smooth. Immediately pour into the hot skillet. Bake about 25 minutes or until puffed and well browned.
