2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 packet onion soup mix
Dash black pepper
2 pounds ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except hamburger and let soak for a few minutes. Mix hamburger in and press into a 9x5 loaf pan. Put more ketchup on top. Cover most of the time it is cooking. Remove cover at the end to let it brown. Bake at 325 for 90 minutes. I make ahead and freeze uncooked into the size portions I want to bake. You may want to reduce baking time if you decrease the portion you are cooking.
