1 Large sourdough French Bread
7 crushed cloves of fresh garlic
2 sticks of softened butter
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbl parsley
1 Tbl Italian seasoning or oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for the bread. Split loaf and cover each side with garlic mixture. Wrap in foil and bake in 375º oven for 20 minutes. Then un-cover and grill both slices under broiler until golden. Burns easily so watch closely.
