2/3 cup Oil
1 c. sugar

4 Tbl. light molasses
1 beaten egg

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and sugar, add egg and beat well. Stir in molasses, add the sifted dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in sugar until coated. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 350º
