1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. Crisco oil
4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, and both sugars. Add vanilla and beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients and stir into sugar mixture. Divide into 4 balls and chill almost 1 hour. Then roll into small balls. Spread lightly and press down into cookie sheet with sugared glass. Bake 9 minutes in 375 degree oven.
