3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbl Dry Mustard
1/2 c. cold water and 1 env. gelatin - mix until dissolved
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, vinegar, mustard, turmeric and eggs over low heat until mixture is the consistency of mayo. Add dissolved gelatin and mix throughly. Cool. Whip cream and fold into mustard mixture. Pour into jello mold and chill. Un-mold on plate and garnish with parsley. Delicious with baked ham or spread on bread or bun when preparing ham sandwich
