2 cups flour
Cream Cheese Icing:
2 cups sugar
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups pumpkin

3/4 cup cooking oil

4 eggs

Stir the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the pumpkin, oil and eggs; mix until smooth. Put into a greased 15x10-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

For the icing, beat together the cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla. Blend in the powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bars and cut into desired sizes.
