1/4 cup Roasted Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Green Onions, chopped
1/8 cup Fresh Basil
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Crabmeat or Crab Base
1/8 cup Roasted Red Peppers
1/2 Tbsp Hickory Smoked Mustard (If you can't find hickory smoked mustard, you can use a 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke)
1 1/2 lb Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients to cream cheese and mix. Store in covered container until ready to serve. Serve with an assortment of crackers or breads.

This is something that Mike discovered while visiting Fulton's Crab House in downtown Disney. It came before our meal with a loaf of bread and crackers. We absolutely loved it.
