1/2 cup butter
Topping:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sifted flour
(To make it even better add 1/8 cup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
more cinnamon and sugar mixture)
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup buttermilk/sour milk

1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine dry ingredients, and add them to the creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in rhubarb. Pour in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle topping over top of cake batter and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
