1 bunch chopped green onions

Monterey Jack cheese*
1 c. Parmesan
1 c. mayonnaise
2-3 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
*3 cups total

Mix all ingredients. Put some of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with corn chips.

You can make this a little hotter by using jalapeņo in place of the green chilies.

Personal Notes:
Don't skimp on the artichokes. I always add more then the recipe calls for. I buy the big jar from Costco then I know I have enough.
