1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1 6-oz can tuna1/4 cup cherry tomatoe 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 1/8 cup chopped walnuts 1 tblsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp kosher salt pinch coarsely ground black pepper
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently to combine.
Note: To cook quinoa 1/2 cup quinoa 1 cup water boil until water absorbed
