1 1/2 lb. lean, boneless beef (skirt steak, fajita meat)
1 T. sesame seeds
12 T. soy sauce
4 T. sugar
4 T. sesame oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Place meat in a covered dish to marinate and pour mixture over it. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

To cook place meat in a lightly oiled wok or electric fry pan. Cook, turning once, just until browned on both sides (2-4 minutes total).

We have found marinating it 4-6 hours is delicious. Overnight was too long. You can saute cut veggies in the same pan and serve over rice.
